Hamsin - a generally southerly hot wind from the Sahara that blows across Egypt from late March to early May. And comes to Israel. Thankfully - not that often.

That's why they say - "it's better to see once"... Mind - it is not a cloud. It is a rolling wave of howling hot air filled with fine red sand.
