Power Distance (PDI)
The extent to which the less powerful members of society accept that power is distributed unequally.
People look after themselves
The dominant values in society are achievement and success
Uncertainty Avoidance (UAI)
The extent to which people feel threatened by uncertainty and ambiguity and try to avoid these situations.
Then they compare average difference on the 4 dimensions of your result with country table and sort it.
In their country table Israel have good PDI medium IDV and bad UAI.
I wonder where from they got the data.
